a. Before Service Begins:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order and before work has started are eligible for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
b. After Service Has Started:
Once the work has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If accepted, a partial refund (after deducting hours worked and administrative costs) may be issued at our discretion.
3. Refund Policy

Change of mind or business decision after project commencement
